Esmeralda is the best nurse I’ve ever come into contact with! I came into the office stressed out & upset over a very nerve-wracking skin issue …. and her kindness, empathy, and compassion were extremely comforting. It’s rare that I come across this kind of deep compassion & kindness in the medical field & in the world at large! I had a breakdown in the office & it’s because of her that I was able to pull myself together, feel better, feel hopeful, and move forward with my day. I don’t think the majority of medical professionals & people in general realize how critical kindness & compassion are. The mental aspect of going through a medical crisis can be worse than the physical & therefore, this kind of genuine kindness & care for others is life-changing! Thank you, Esmeralda!! You’re the BEST! ❤️

I felt very comfortable working with Dr Hendrix. It was my first visit doing that kind of an exam and I was really nervous. He put me at ease right away as soon as he came in the room. He was very friendly and asked if I had any questions about anything before and after he was finished with the exam. I highly recommend this practice.
