The staff was very nice and helpful during my visit.

I was not pleased with the chilly greeting I got from one of your receptionists on the left side of the window. I never experienced that before. No smile. Very businesslike. Maybe she was under pressure. I prefer a reception who has a pleasant voice and makes me feel welcome! The other staff members were great!
