I was not pleased with the chilly greeting I got from one of your receptionists on the left side of the window. I never experienced that before. No smile. Very businesslike. Maybe she was under pressure. I prefer a reception who has a pleasant voice and makes me feel welcome! The other staff members were great!

Dr. Hendrix is absolutely sharp and very knowledgeable. He is thorough and listens to what you have to say. Highly recommend to see him and have your concerns addressed!
