The staff was pleasant and I was taken on my appointment time. Overall good experience.

Everyone was friendly and made the check in process quick and easy upon arrival. Appointment was on time as scheduled. Kelly Mickulik was excellent! Her mannerisms made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed; an overall positive experience. I recommend her to anyone!

I am always pleased with the professional and compassionate treatment at each visit. Dr Hendrix always takes the time to explain treatment. Each visit becomes easier and less anxiety ridden. Thank you!

Very pleasant place! From check-in to check out everyone is so kind and caring! Kelly Mickulik is so compassionate and gentle. She always explains everything so well and she makes sure to answer all of my questions. The surroundings are very pleasant. Right now, it is Easter time and they have such nice decorations. We love them!!! 😄 They have a sign that says "Every Bunny 🐰Welcome". The office is also very efficient. My son and I are so blessed and grateful for Reading Dermatology. May God bless Kelly and everyone at Reading Dermatology for caring for us SO well!

Nicole has been helping me navigate how to properly care for my skin, and she’s been nothing but amazing! She takes the time to give detailed explanations on everything - from procedures she’s doing during the appointment, products she’s using and how they’re beneficial, and products she recommends to use at home for continuous care. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Nicole and look forward to them each month! Gavin is always super helpful and friendly at check out, so it’s always a pleasure visiting Reading Dermatology Spa 🙂
