Warm, friendly, caring, as usual!

Reading Dermatology has the kindest and friendly front staff and awesome nurses and medical assistant. I saw Jamie Laporte PA she was kind, friendly and answers all my questions and concerns .

Kelly is nice and and the visit went smoothly. She was very friendly and took time to discuss my situation and her assistant was the same. My visit was very uplifting and look forward to seeing them on my next visit.

I was not pleased with the chilly greeting I got from one of your receptionists on the left side of the window. I never experienced that before. No smile. Very businesslike. Maybe she was under pressure. I prefer a reception who has a pleasant voice and makes me feel welcome! The other staff members were great!
